The WorkForce Enterprise AM-M5500 combines compact design, low energy consumption1, reduced intervention1 and fast First Page Out Time (FPOT) of 4.8 seconds2. The new mono addition to the AM range boasts reliable printing with a 10.1" touch screen. It seamlessly integrates with the AM A3 and A4 series and is compatible with a wide range of Epson and 3rd Party solutions.

Compact design - Amongst the smallest in its class5

The 'C' shaped paper path makes the AM-M5500 amongst the smallest in its class5. With a single access point to clear all paper jams and convenient consumable front loading. Its large (10.1") Smartphone-like User Interface allows for seamless setup and use across our AM A3 and A4 range. Despite its slim design, the AM-M5500 boasts a high paper capacity (max. 5,150 pages).

Efficient performance

Print up to 69,000 pages without changing supplies2 with a FPOT as fast as 4.8 seconds from ready mode2 and single-pass duplex scan increase productivity. Print speed of 55 ppm and 140 ipm duplex scan4, ensure this an ideal printer for a wide range of industry sectors. A simple paper path and non-contact printing, allows printing on a wide range of media including recycled paper and envelopes.

Solutions to support your business

Epson Print Admin (EPA) & EPA Serverless aid your print security requirements, as well as scan workflows with Document Capture Solution Suite. Compatibility with embedded Solutions, such as Embedded OCR and easy remote diagnosis with Epson Remote Services, all boost additional functionality to the device. Vertical market needs are addressed through the compatibility with 3rd party solutions thanks to the Epson Open Platform.
