Return to base
These service packs offer repair for your product at an Epson Authorised Service Centre for the duration of the selected coverage period. Parts and labour are covered. Some parts designated as lifetime or maintenance are only replaced on failure, not at end of their life. You send or take your faulty product into an Epson repair centre and once repaired the product is returned to you by courier.
Available in 3, 4 and 5 year options.
On-site
These service packs offer on-site repair for your product by an Epson Authorised Service Agent. The engineer will visit your location to repair your product. We aim to respond within two working days.
Available in 3, 4 and 5 year options.
On-site swap
These service packs offer on-site repair or replacement for your product by an Epson Authorised Service Agent. An engineer will visit your premises to collect the faulty unit and take it to your local service centre for repair. Once finished the repaired product will be returned to you. Once the call has been scheduled we aim to get to you within two working days.

Place your order online or via your dealer
You will receive an email from Epson confirming your extended warranty and registration code for your product
A PDF will be attached giving full details of what’s included in your extended warranty and contact details for technical support. You will also receive a 16 digit security code for you to register your product.
Register your Epson product online
You will need to register your Epson product using the 16 digit security code within your confirmation email.
Check your product warranty
You can go back and check your Epson product’s extended warranty.

When can I purchase a CoverPlus pack?
You can purchase a pack up to 60 days from the installation date of your Epson product.
When does the coverage period of the Epson CoverPlus Service Pack start from?
Packs provide assistance from day 1 of the installation of the product it is registered against. For example a 3 year CoverPlus pack lasts 3 years from the purchase of your product.
Is there a limit on the number of times I can have my product repaired during the coverage period?
There is no limit on the number of times a product can be repaired under Epson CoverPlus. Epson has the right to replace the product with a suitable equivalent in case further repair is not feasible.
How do I know when the coverage on my product is coming to an end?
Go to https://www.epson.ie/support enter your serial number and it will show your standard warranty and any extended warranty registered against your product.
